STAY N' PLAY

The Ford Creek Camp will become available in June of 2021!!!
We are excited to offer an additional option to families and groups looking for a get-a-way or private space. This is perfect for smaller group (up to 14 people) that want to have something away from it all, but remember you are only about 7-miles from town. Go on a hike! If you love photography, you might have a great opportunity to capture mountain views, wildlife, and some amazing sunsets. We've got some great logging roads that make great off-road, mountain biking routes.

If you wish to bring extras such as a camper or tent you are welcome to do so, but must have the cabins booked and they must be setup and parked at the main camp. If you wish to bring a camper in there there is a limit of one, more than that you will be charged.

We ask that you stay on the main roads with as minimum of traffic as possible, if you go through a gate that is closed please close it, make sure to keep trash picked up or you will end up with some unwanted visitors, NO SMOKING AND NO ATV's please. Please drive slow when going through the ranch, especially by the houses. If you bring your pets make sure they stay in camp with you at all times we have livestock and other dogs on the ranch we don't want anything getting hurt.

This is a package deal, you get the lodge and cabins for your private use- "The Camp".

The Cabins

There are four cabins total.  "The Fawn" and "The Cub" are single cabins (for one person) The larger cabins, "The Elk" and "The Muley" are capable of holding two people with "The Elk" having the option of a twin sofa sleeper for an additional one more person or child. The insides are fully insulated and are finished with recycled barnwood and tin from an old sheep shed on the ranch. Electricty is ran to each one, so they have lights and heaters in all. The campfire can acts as your "kitchen"unless you'd like to use the full kitchen in the lodge. At the end of the evening you can surround the campfire pit and roast some marshmallows. All linens and towels are furnished.

THE fishing

There are two ponds on the ranch, and each are filled with extremely hard fighting Cantaloops in the 18-22" class.  These fish will make hard charging runs and are not afraid to put on an aerial show. A drift boat or kayak is recommended especially in July and August.

the varmits

We have a high volume of gophers on the ranch.  They are in abundance and can be found on nearly every pasture in the area. Please talk to us about what areas to shoot because we may have cattle in some of these areas. Most shots are in the range of 10 feet to 200 yards. With the high volume shooting you can do, accurate 22's or 17's are the caliber of choice. We would like you to ask permission before you go gopher hunting just to make sure of our cattle and things and send you to the right spots!
